OpenAI has hired the Austrian creator of OpenClaw, a viral artificial intelligence tool able to execute real-world tasks, according to CEO Sam Altman.
On December 17, 2025, an inspiring meet-up titled “Building a Borderless Career: Skills & Mindset for the Next Generation” brought together emerging leaders, professionals, and creatives in Ho Chi Minh City to explore what it truly means to build a global, location-independent career. Lauren Blair Smith – International Speaker & Global Creative Leader, Founder of the Lauren Blair Smith Dance Company (Singapore) - shared her global journey navigating artistic expression, creativity, and leadership across borders. Her experiences in performing arts and education offered a unique outlook on how adaptability, creativity, and resilience shape a borderless career.
Their combined insights emphasized leadership beyond boundaries, highlighting the importance of creativity, discipline, cultural curiosity, and mindset flexibility in a rapidly changing global marketplace. Attendees heard real-world stories about building careers that transcend national borders, industries, and traditional work structures - encouraging a new generation of professionals to think globally while grounding their journey in purpose and personal values.
